1. Since song authentication is a digital code, it is not applicable for COD payment transactions.
2. Payment for Song Authentication orders will be verified within 24 hours.
3. The song authentication process can only be completed through Viber or WhatsApp, which can be installed on your smartphone.
4. Once the payment has been verified, one of our team members will reach out to you via Viber or WhatsApp to schedule a time for the song authentication process to begin.

SONG AUTHENTICATION PROMOTION

1. Applicable for Alpha series, Cello series, Major HD-10, Piano XL HDD, and X-3 models.
2. Karaoke units with songs installed from 2016 to 2020 are eligible for the ₱5000 Song Authentication Promotion.
3. Customers have three options for updating songs on their karaoke unit.

• OPTION 1

• The customer can update the songs on their unit using the downloading procedures.

• OPTION 2

• The customer can bring their unit to the main service center in Taguig city for the song updating process.

• OPTION 3

• The customer can send their unit using their prepared courier provided they are willing to book a courier and cover the inbound and outbound shipping charges.

• FREE Service Charge for karaoke units that will be updated at the main service center.
• FREE complete printed song lists for customers who are willing to book a courier and cover the inbound and outbound shipping charges.

We can process the purchased song authentication during our usual operation hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
