HOW MUCH IS THE SONG AUTHENTICATION?
- Song authentication will only cost you 150Php per month.
- Purchasing 1 song authentication will not activate multiple months of song updates.
- One song authentication is equivalent to one month of song update.
HOW TO PURCHASE SONG AUTHENTICATION?

- Look for the model of your karaoke unit.
- Select between 3 months, 12 months, 24 months Song Authentication Voucher.
- Click the ADD to CART fill-up all the needed information.
- Payment options and procedures will appear once you already placed your ordered item and ready to check out.
- You will receive a confirmation message together with your order no. on your email account once you successfully placed your order.
HOW CAN I PAY THE SONG AUTHENTICATION?
- The available payment options are Paypal, Dragonpay, and walk-in or online Bank transfer.
- For Bank payment option – Please, send the photocopy of your payment transaction and order no. at services@platinumkaraoke.com
- There will be a 36-hour verification process for the PAYPAL AND BANK TRANSFER payment transactions.
- Payment under DRAGONPAY transactions will need a 48-hour verification before it reflects on our account.

HOW TO PROCESS THE SONG AUTHENTICATION?
- Once your payment has been verified one of our Customer Service Specialists will call you for the process of the song authentication.
- You should be in front of your functioning unit for us to do the process.
- Customer outside the Philippines should provide their Viber or Whatsapp account number so we could call with the use of a Wifi connection. Viber and Whatsapp applications can be downloaded by both Android and IOS smartphone users.
- The process of song authentication cannot be done via Email, Text message, and Chat message.
